Number Sets in Latex

Include the package amsfonts or amssymb
$\usepackage{amsfont}$ or $\usepackage{amssymb}$

  •     Prime Numbers \( \mathbb{P} \) ($\mathbb{P}$): No positive divisors other than 1 and itself: 1, 3, 5, 7, 11, ...
  •     Natural Numbers \( \mathbb{N} \) ($\mathbb{N}$): 0, 1, 2, 3
  •     Integers \(\mathbb{Z}\) ($\mathbb{Z}$): ..., -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3
  •     Irrational Numbers \(\mathbb{I}\) ($\mathbb{I}$): \(\pi\), 1.3333...
  •     Rational Numbers \(\mathbb{Q}\) ($\mathbb{Q}$): any real number can be expressed by ration of two integers, such as 0.5 (1/2), 1.6 (8/5)
  •     Real Numbers \(\mathbb{R}\) ($\mathbb{R}$):
  •     Complex Numbers \(\mathbb{C}\) ($\mathbb{C}$)
